Well, thanks to all who made [SB] what it was, it was a good run, but it seems the interest in league play wasn't there. A more permanent retirement is on it's way, however, for those of you still interested in hanging out, the SB IRC channels will be left active and the vent will still be available. And of course, the forums are open for all those who wish to use them.

I just wanted to congratulate SB on it's first win since it came out of retirement.
Also, welcome Turdburglar, Skeb0t, and CUT.THAT.MULLET to the team. They were a huge help in this match, and were fun as hell to practice with also.

We have been scheduled for our first match, against |nLv|! It's looking to be a lot of fun, so don't miss out :D
As it turns out, we had the wrong version of Darkness on our server. You can find the correct version of the map at http://tfc.sta-league.org/files/darkness.zip
Be sure to get it BEFORE the match, as you will NOT be able to download SHIT while the STA config is up.

We are signed up for STA 9v9, FINALLY! Our division is bronze (as copper doesn't exist anymore :P)
I am STILL trying to get our first match date to be September 11, 2006. So, lets get just boost our activity back to where it was when I first revived [SB], so we can get some practice in :D

Alright folks, the time is rapidly approaching. We will be heading into the STA 9v9 screening ladder September 11th, 2006.
We currently can make it with who we have...assuming everyone wants to play. I would like to get at least 15 people on our roster before September 11th. If you know anyone that gets along well with others, and is just cool as hell to play with, introduce them to me or Jinx so we can get them a tryout. We gotta have players if we want to get in on some league fun, and what better way to ensure everyone gets along than to have YOU bring the people in? =)

Well, it's been a LONG time since I've had the pleasure to add any news.
[SB] is being ripped out of the graveyard, and being patched up. We're probably going to start in STA 5v5 screening ladder, and see where we end up from there. I'm going to throw more information on this in the forums, so yeah...

Wow, at long last, the site is back up and running!
A couple months ago, the server on which this site was hosted had a hard drive failure. There was a backup drive to which everything had been getting copied, but the maroons at the hosting company formatted the wrong disk (the backup, instead of the dead one). Well, most of the data was able to be recovered from the bad disk. It's just taken awhile for me to get all the data and files from the guy who ran the server. It looked like the database for this site was lost, but he finally tracked it down and I was able to download it. It was a pain to get all the data uploaded to this host, due to differing database server versions and different settings, etc., but we are finally back up!
